Ethan Chapman, a vibrant member of the Thumbs Up Moving Labor team, brings a unique blend of talent, experience, and a passion for connecting with people. Hailing originally from the bustling streets of Shanghai, China, and raised amidst the picturesque landscapes of Washington State, Ethan's journey has taken him across the globe.
His travels have woven a colorful tapestry of experiences, from the vibrant streets of Mexico to the traditional charm of Japan, the historic beauty of Europe, and the sun-kissed shores of Australia, where much of his extended family resides.
Back in his high school days at Bothell's North Creek High School, Ethan was an active participant in the school's vibrant theatre productions and earned his stripes as an esteemed member of the all-male choir.
Beyond the confines of the school walls, he discovered his passion for creative writing, poetry, swimming, gaming, and hiking. These interests, combined with his extensive travel experiences, have equipped him with a unique skill set that's invaluable in helping others navigate the complexities of moving.
Around a year ago, Ethan embarked on a new adventure, making the move to Bellingham. His decision had a dual purpose: to save money, gain practical work experience, and pursue higher education while contemplating a potential future in the military.
His career aspirations are as diverse as his interests. Ethan's sights are set on becoming an actor or director, drawn to the magic of storytelling and the art of bringing it to life on stage and screen.
But he's also eager to explore the realms of digital marketing and computer science, recognizing the ever-expanding opportunities in the digital world.
Ethan shared his thoughts on his role at Thumbs Up Moving, saying, "I genuinely enjoy working at Thumbs Up Moving. It's a fantastic environment with wonderful coworkers, and the physical aspect of the job keeps me in shape."
