Keon's life took another turn when the family decided to move to Virginia. It was in Virginia that he began his high school journey. But Keon wasn't just a regular student; he was also a talented athlete. He tried his hand at various sports, including basketball, lacrosse, indoor and outdoor track, soccer, and football. His passion for sports was evident, and he was just getting started.
As Keon entered adulthood, he decided to pursue a college education while continuing his athletic endeavors. He earned a scholarship to play college football, a decision that would change the course of his life. His football career was nothing short of remarkable, as he went on to become a two-time All-American defense back, showcasing his exceptional skills on the field.
But Keon's story doesn't end on the football field. Throughout his college years, he also worked in the moving industry. His journey began at the age of 18 with office movers, and he later joined the team at Two Men and a Truck. He also contributed to the community by helping with move-in days as part of the football team's community service for four years. His dedication and hard work earned him a place at Peloton, where he continued to hone his skills as a mover.
Today, Keon is a part of the Thumbs Up Moving Labor team, and he couldn't be happier.
