Spencer Keinholz

Spencer lives in Lynnwood Washington and joined us here at Thumbs Up Moving Labor in August 2023 and quickly discovered more than just a job—he found a community that values hard work and fosters leadership. His inaugural assignment involved a memorable cross-country move from Everett to New York City. After 9.5 hours, two 26-foot trailers loaded, and a sweat-soaked t-shirt later, Spencer and his team successfully helped a family embark on a new chapter of their lives. The satisfaction of making such a significant impact was immense, further solidified by a generous $200 tip—the largest he has ever received. This experience not only reinforced his commitment to Thumbs Up Moving Labor but also deepened his passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
